Our "New Normal"  Summer 2020  

Parents,  

Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding surrounding these changes due to the ongoing pandemic.  We have had to make some tough decisions but please know that each one was made in an effort to provide an environment that is as safe as possible for your child.  Once you are registered you will receive an additional email with specifics on dropoff/pickup procedures as well as invoice information.

Changes:

  • Our minimum age for campers is now 7 years old for ALL students. 

  • All camps are for FULL WEEK.  We will not have any partial week camps this summer.

  • We will have a Minimum of 10 campers each week in order to be open.

  • We will have a Maximum of 22 campers each week.

  • All camps must be paid for in advance.  (You will receive info concerning this once you register)

  • Students will not be allowed to attend camp if they have any symptoms.

  • Parents will answer a questionnaire concerning COVID symptoms via email 2 days before students can attend.

  • Surfaces and hands will be washed frequently throughout the day.

  • Student seating will be spaced out.

  • Students will be required to wear a mask while in our facility. 

  • Students will not be required to wear a mask at recess (outdoors) Snack/Lunch will also be outdoors.

  • All staff will wear masks.

  • Students will remain with their age group throughout the week.

  • Students will have their own box of supplies (pencils/crayons/etc) to use throughout the week.

  • Parents are not allowed to enter the building.  (All camps will be paid for in advance online.)

  • Student drop off and pickup will occur outside the front door. (under the shelter in inclement weather)

  • Additional specifics will be included in your registration email (within 24 hours of registration)

Please know that we will still be having FUN!  Learning ART!  and Growing our CREATIVITY !
